Your privacy is very important to us, and we take it seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before agreeing or downloading or using the Application and let us know if you have any questions or other feedback regarding it.
If you do not or cannot accept this Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to use the application. In such case do not download or use the Application.
If you choose to allow the application access to your location, your latitude and longitude will be sent to our servers to request a forecast for your current location. These requests are logged to enable us to maintain our servers, however no identifiable infomration is sent along with these requests.
The app may ask you to allow access to your location in the background when creating an appwidget which is set to update automatically with the forecast for your current location. If you choose to allow background location access, the app will access your location in the background to send a request for a weather forecast to the server in order to update the appwidget.
We partner with certain third parties in order to understand how users engage with our application and how to improve it. When you use our application, your device automatically sends certain information to our analytics partners. The information gathered includes, for example, app usage, the device type, the session length, crash logs and interactions with various user interface elements (buttons) in the application.
Collected analytics data is anonymous and is not personal data. It does not collect, store or use any private information about you or your device content in a way to identify an individual user. Use of analytics services is essential in order to improve the app quality and workflow.
At first app startup, analytics partners may generate a random unique identifier which does not contain any personal information and cannot be used to uncover any such information.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss of or disclosure of data or any losses or damages incurred due to errors in transmission or unauthorized or unlawful acts of third parties or your decision to disclose your personal information.
Boondoggle Labs may modify or amend the terms of this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice, by posting a copy of the modified or amended Privacy Policy on the Company website. You will be deemed to have agreed to any such modification or amendment by your decision to continue using the Application following the date in which the modified or amended Agreement is posted on the Company website. You are responsible to regularly reviewing the Privacy Policy.
